网站必须设置http代理才可访问。 
之前没出现过这个情况。 是服务器的设置问题吗。 

请问怎么解决这个问题呢

如果是局域网，就是网管设置的结果了。

哪位可以具体说下原因，第一次做网站发布。 谢谢

你先确定是不是人人都这样，还是只有你自己是这样

人人都这样要看代码
只有你（指你的物理网络定位），那应该是网络问题

几乎浏览了全部页面，没有看到有评论的文章，那么自然也就不会有“只看楼主”了
