java 文件上传一般怎么判断文件是否存在，也就是别人有没有上传过一样的文件

比如：图片，rar文件等

如果图片是不是一般用文件大小来判断。或者用户上传图片后给他生成一个什么唯一的值什么的

肯能做不到绝对
