php的功能 将后缀为php的文件翻译成html文件 ，用户在浏览器里输入要访问的网站，在网站的服务器中服务处理程序php.exe 会对以.php后缀结尾文件进行预处理并以html文档格式文件返回给浏览器，浏览器再对返回的html进行呈现
