当扫描仪无法完成扫描时，可以尝试以下方法：

  1. 关闭防火墙服务、打开防火墙服务并关闭防火墙

  2. 设置服务“Windows Image Acquation (WIA)”为自启动，并启动服务

  3. 设置服务“Windows Image Acquation (WIA)”的登录项，变更“此账户”登录为“本地系统账户”

    PS：记得打开“Print Spooler”服务，测试打印功能是否能用；

    如果不行就彻底清理打印、扫描驱动或软件后重新安装！
