哎，看不懂英文真的很受伤。。。

    composer global require "laravel/installer"安装好larvael安装包后需要设置 PATH 。

win 下如何设置：

安装完后他会给我们一个目录，这个就是我们的 安装的地址吧。

在拼接上 文档中的 /vendor/bin就是最后的地址。

在重新启动一下cmd窗口就能运行laravel new blog命令了。。。。。。。。。。
