首先确保你的sublime 已经安装好Package control.
官方Package control安装教程：https://packagecontrol.io/installation
1.点击Preferences下的Package Control后选择install package选项

2.直到跳出下面这个界面，然后输入Chinese Localization并选中（汉化包插件名）2.png
3.安装成功后会跳出这个文件
