linux上使用xampp出现php的pcre异常

linux下使用xampp出现php的pcre错误
报这个错：this version of PCRE is not compiled with PCRE_UTF8 support at offset 0
装的是最新版的xampp，网上说是安装的pcre 不兼容UTF8.只能重新编译安装pcre,在编译时加上 --enable-utf8 参数
那我应该怎样重新编译呢
