vim – :PluginInstall ist kein Editor-Befehl?

我也是一样的问题，我把路径都设成绝对路径就好了

set rtp+=D://Programs/Vim/vimfiles/bundle/Vundle.vim/
call vundle#begin('D://Programs/Vim/vimfiles/')
