你给 / 分的也太少了吧，看看有不用的软件卸载了，如果/tmp东西比较多重启就好，如果/var/log日志比较多，就清空一下日志。

如果不是生产机，可以考虑重装，或者使用了lvm的话，可以动态调整一下。

Reinstall Ubuntu...
Do not create partition for /home or something others...
One partition, / is enough, because your disk is tooooooo small...
If your RAM is less than 8G, then create a swap partion(2G~4G) on the tail of your disk...
