我之前看到同样是建在国外的服务器上的站点.速度非常快.但是我的网站建在国外的服务器上速度一般有的时候速度还很慢.
不知道有什么办法能够提高用户访问的速度
像CDN加速的话,没有备案过的是不能用的.

建议使用Incapsula进行CDN加速,这家公司在日本有镜像站点,国内的访问速度还不错,小网站的话基本上是免费使用的,和备案也没有关系。
网站本身的优化,主要是减少HTTP请求数量,典型的做法包括CSS/JS/图片合并,因涉及网站源代码级别的修改,工作量要大一些,另外WebServer的缓存一定要打开,具体可以搜索Yahoo总结的网站优化14条原则。
第三方的 缓存添加,mc redis 相关,只能这样了。。
国内的CDN是需要备案的,国外的CDN是不需要的,你可以考虑使用国外的CDN。因为根据你的描述没有很有效的帮助,cdn可能是最直接的方式。
