找个开源的软件，看源码如ecshop
找开源的代码看，比如laravel，composer，symfony还有phphub.org的源代码
楼上答的都不是楼主想问的，楼主想问的是找哪类工作能学到东西。
楼主刚学PHP，能学到东西的肯定是有前辈带领会容易很多，所以可以去面试那些招毕业生啦实习生一类的PHP岗位，能进去最好，跟着前辈学习，能省很多弯路；
要是那些都进不去，只能再选择去那些小公司，做一些简单的企业网站先，然后慢慢在工作中熟悉PHP的用法，然后边做边自学，等感觉技能差不多了，可以再去面试那些大一点公司看看，一步步来
