因为 Android 和 iOS 应用开发中的环境本身就是一个框架了，编写程序也基本是围绕着这个框架来，所以一些框架更准确来说是一个类库，只是为了解决局部问题的。Android 上暂时没发现有什么比较好的快速开发框架，非要说有的话，可能也就是 RxAndroid（函数响应式插件）、Dagger（依赖注入）或者 DataBinding 之类的。
在 iOS 里整套整套的框架少，像以前有 FaceBook 的 Three20，但早已弃用了。
但是当做组件用的工具类库不少，比如网络请求用的AFNetworking，请求图片用的SDWebImage，解析数据用的JSONModel等。
