我推荐slim或者flight
Lumen + Dingo/api + apidocjs
推荐使用lumen+ dingo/API；
不过用lumen其实很需要有Laravel基础；
你要想拆分了用组件倒还不如专心学一个框架，教程和资料也多也快些。

用过CI 如果不考虑Restful的话 还是不错的选择 文档很全面 上手也很简单
