为什么不可以
5.6已经迭代了14个正式版本，相当稳定了
而且你看历次的changelog（我几乎每个都看），都是小问题或者用不到的特性出的bug
然后你再看PHP 5.4的changelog（已经45个正式版本），会发现其实那些5.6修复的bug在5.4中也一样在修
既然如此，完全可以放心使用
等到PHP7一出来，按照惯例，PHP 5.4马上就是下一个要被淘汰的版本了
如果不是因为程序兼容性问题，坚持用低版本并且认为低版本安全的才是奇葩吧
