推荐一个自己用过的 JS 插件：http://www.plupload.com/，也很好用。

如果对 HTML5 比较熟悉的话，自己也可以利用 HTML5 File API 实现断点续传，也不会很难。旁边已经有人做好了，参考一下：http://segmentfault.com/a/1190000002992032

可以深入了解下Ajax，http://www.xtwind.com/simple-ajax.html
