小妹第一次套paypal金流，故有些问题不是很懂
有关回传值一问
支付宝等业者 必须传一个 return url 给他们，消费者付款成功后，会post相关的值到指定的web
但 paypal没有这样的参数。
网络上查到 有ipn.php接口的方式可以得到 回传值
但几个问题是
1.我需要在什么地方设定ipn.php的位置，好让paypal可以post 数值过来
2.还是我必须被动的执行 ipn.php 才能得到我要的数值？
求解。
