通过“文件指针”可以对文件任何位置进行读与写等操作，PHP下有fgets函数，请问有没有存在“目录指针”这种概念呢？
“readdir”函数在指定一个目录句柄后，通过遍历获取文件名称，我想实现动态取某目录下的文件，第一次取20个文件名，第二次再从第21个开始取
而不是始终都是从第一个文件开始取，不明白opendir的第二个参数，这个参数是否可以设置所谓的“目录指针”呢？
