这两个框架都支持redis pdo吧,我现在想做一个问答网站,请问用这两个框架那个性能好啊,效率高.laravel5的中文文档不是太多,另外国内composer老不可用,要下载一个离线laravel包含了composer的完整包才能开发.

推荐Laravel。
composer可以用http://www.phpcomposer.com/的中国镜像，或者你使用日本镜像也可以。再不济，你到github上下载；再再不济，你翻墙；再再再不济，你管其他要包（这个我是开玩笑的哈）
ci3.0 还在开发阶段吧。。。
首要的任务就是解决XX上不去的问题，你是不是想太多了，先考虑用熟悉的框架，把原型做出来，等你需要性能时，在考虑吧。
laravel 5 的开发效率挺高的
