能独立解决90%的问题
能帮队友解决多数问题
能事先防止一些问题
至于怎么学，先从学会独立学习，独立思考和提有价值的问题，别问这种“怎么学”的问题开始
你会发现sf这里很多回答问题的人（当然包括我）基本不问问题，因为对我们来说，一些问题能问出来就代表这个问题其实已经解决了。另外一些问题问出来没有价值，它们要么有非常明确的唯一解答（于是很容易搜索到或很容易验证），要么答案可以写一本书，根本不是问答这种形式能承载的。
