你要是用的 windows easyphp 自带切换功能。
用的wampserver,蛮好用的，php、Apache、Mysql如果你安装了不同的版本，自由切换很简单的
用nginx服务器，配置不同的虚拟主机，装两个PHP，开启不同的端口，分别监听不同PHP版本的端口。
装2套集成环境，用一个停一个。我这边就是apache 和 nginx 2套，PHP版本也是一样
