如题，linux虚拟主机，上传文件大小已被限制为2M无法修改，怎么破？
没有修改php.ini的权限，且在.htaccess中用php_value upload_max_filesize，php_value post_max_size等命令已被禁，但.htaccess文件还可以正常用。
