如题，大神们通常有哪些方式来精确定位非必先bug问题所在的？
有时候思路不能太局限，除了后端日志，前端日志也是可以做的，再就是多关注下微博等社交网络，有用户反应可以尝试主动联系他们（哪管很久以后才修复甚至不修复 用户都会很开心）
另外，除非是非常严重的问题，像互联网应用，不可能做到完全的无bug，也不可能满足所有人，对于那种只有几个人反应的问题，无视就好了么
这里不得不说一下，360反应用户意见是最快的，腾讯百度是无视最彻底的，qq很简单的功能，比如锁定分组（稍微一不小心鼠标一抖用户就不知道被拖到哪里去了） 我提交了N次没人屌我 所以 你懂得
比较难，只能加日志等重现或一个简单的方法就是叫大家一起来猜猜看哪出了问题。。。。。
