让其它的子服务器(内网中的)去实时的同步一台外网服务器中的资源 采用什么方案？

如题目的描述：我需要实现监控发现有新的资源的时候就同步到内网的服务器中去。

同步就用rsync了，监控文件变化的可以用　inotify
