windows 安装 composer 一直无法下载成功，怎么破？
一直这样好长时间了没变化，用installer安装也不行，是因为composer被墙了么，打开composer的网站也很慢，谁遇到了，请问怎么解决？

文档写的挺详细 https://getcomposer.org/doc/00-intro.md#installation-windows
windows安装composer最快最简单的方式就是安装.exe，连接这里有。安装注意：openssl扩展需要打开，F:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.4.4\bin下的php.ini和F:\wamp\bin\php\php5.4.12下的php.ini 里的扩展都要打开。
如果你选择用命令安装，那么就要手动添加环境变量了，再打开openssl扩展就应该可以安装的
补充下：php5.3时安装是这样，php5.4我只打开apache下的扩展了，php5.5还没试过
