海数信息，专注于数据服务的创业团队Endeca产品体系包含了很多内容，之前介绍了IAS这个最被忽略但又非常重要的内容，本文主要介绍EndecaETL工具的安装过程：一、Endeca ETL客户端安装 EndecaETL客户端是基于eclipase包装的产品，本质上就是开源ETL工具clover,经尝试发现对Eclipse是有明确的版本要求,安装前需要下载以下内容 1）eclipse indigo下载地址： http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/indigo/sr2 2）下载Remote System Explorer （RSE）插件 3.2版本，下载地址如下： http://download.eclipse.org/tm/downloads/ 3）下载Oracle Endeca information descoveror中的integratorETL工具组件包
其他安装过程一切正常，运行install.bat根据提示选择路径安装。注意事项： 1、有事会报错：拒绝访问，fileNotFoundException，一开始比较莫名其妙，后来发现在提示输入Eclipse package路径时，需要输入eclipse.zip的全路径包含文件名，而且要包含.zip后缀。 2、本身EndecaIntegrator是Oracle包装了开源的ETL工具clover，所以不如直接下载clover的安装文件即可，用一下Oracle提供的license就行了。后来安装成功并运行正常。二、ETL server安装例：weblogic安装 1、通过weblogic的config.cmd创建一个新的domain，，如clover，，端口号8301；创建过程省略；端口8301、SSL8302端口；domain：clover；控制台账户：weblogic 2、domain创建完成后启动weblogic控制台，部署clover.war包，部署过程没有需要配置或注意的地方，一般配置完成后服务可以直接启动的。 有时可能会出现部署war包后weblogic无法启动，报内存溢出的错误。此时需要修改setDomainEnv.cmd，修改最小和最大内存，及MaxPerSize参数
正常启动访问 http://localhost:8301/clover 会出现lisence已经过期的提示。需要安装clover server的lisence文件，具体过程如下： A）创建一个properties文件，如：cloverServer.properties
B）文件中需要设定clover的license.dat文件位置，如上图所示，license.dat文件是下载endecaETLserver的时候压缩包中自带的。 C）设置cloverServer.properties文件中的内容： license.file=F:/tools/endeca/EID_3.1.1_IntegratorETL_server_weblogic/license.dat D）修改weblogic启动脚本startWeblogic.bat： 
E）重新启动weblogic服务，系统界面正常出现了登录窗口输入用户名、密码（均为clover）登录即可：
