测试说明
主机1：机器名lish、安装SQLServer2008（默认实例）
主机2：机器名linghe、安装ArcSDE9.3、ArcGIS Desktop9.3
注意事项
在确定主机1的SQLServer2008数据库安装的没有问题时，在主机2 安装ArcSDE9.3，安装软件默认即可，在进行Post时出现如下界面：
SQL Server Instance应该填写：主机1的机器名lish
在创建ArcSDE服务时，出现如下界面
SQL Server Instance：填写主机1机器名
Server name：填写主机2机器名
服务连接
直接连接
测试连接例子上连接数据库sde1,因为我的SQLServer已经有一个sde库了，所以分布式又重新post，起名sde1库。
