数据文件从系统文件迁移到asm的操作专栏

案例重演：

此时发现数据文件qn2建在系统文件上,这样会出问题的，其节点报错。

那么如何把这个数据库的系统文件迁移到ASM上呢？

在线迁移数据文件至ASM上：

1. offline数据文件
