Introduction to questions about js keyword naming_basic knowledge

I feel a little confused about the naming of keywords in js

Sometimes it is like this: getElementById, indexOf, charCodeAt, parseFloat, navigator.appName, navigator.appVersion/appCodeName/cookieEnable/userAgent, which gives the impression that it is the first letter of the word. Uppercase
