Use JavaScript to detect CPU usage written by myself_javascript skills
I saw the method of using JS to detect CPU usage in Yubo's Github Issues before, and I thought it was very cool.
I implemented it myself, and added a function to draw a histogram to visually see the CPU usage.
For the effect, please see: Portal
Implementation idea
is actually setInterval, which uses the current time to subtract the time recorded by the last timer execution to get the time difference to reflect the CPU delay , which reflects the CPU usage.
var data = [],t;
var cpuTimer = setInterval(function(){
t && data.push(Data.now()-t);
t = Data.now();
},500);
Theoretically the data should be [500,500,500,500,500...], but in fact the CPU will definitely be slightly delayed and the data may be [501,502,502,501,503...]. If the CPU usage is high, the delay will be large and the data will become [550,551,552,552,551...]. By judging the changes in data, the CPU usage can be initially inferred.
Use a histogram to visually represent the CPU usage
By drawing a histogram of the data, we can see the fluctuation of the data. When the value in the histogram rises sharply during a certain period, it proves that the CPU usage is high at that moment.
function drawHisto(data){
var cvs = document.getElementById('canvas');
ctx = cvs.getContext('2d');
var width = cvs.width,
height = cvs.height,
histoWidth = width / size ;
//Redraw histogram
ctx.fillStyle = "#fff";
ctx.fillRect(0,0,width,height);
ctx.beginPath();
ctx.lineWidth = histoWidth/2;
ctx.strokeStyle = '#000';
for( var i = 0, len = data.length; i < len; i ){
var x = i * histoWidth,
// 5, /20, -10 are just for display effect,
// ~~ is the numerical rounding equivalent to Math.floor()
y = ~~( (data[i] - speed 5) / 20 * (height-10) );
ctx.moveTo( x histoWidth/2, height );
ctx.lineTo( x histoWidth/2, height-y ) ;
ctx.stroke();
}
}

How to use WebSocket and JavaScript to implement an online reservation system. In today's digital era, more and more businesses and services need to provide online reservation functions. It is crucial to implement an efficient and real-time online reservation system. This article will introduce how to use WebSocket and JavaScript to implement an online reservation system, and provide specific code examples. 1. What is WebSocket? WebSocket is a full-duplex method on a single TCP connection.

Introduction to how to use JavaScript and WebSocket to implement a real-time online ordering system: With the popularity of the Internet and the advancement of technology, more and more restaurants have begun to provide online ordering services. In order to implement a real-time online ordering system, we can use JavaScript and WebSocket technology. WebSocket is a full-duplex communication protocol based on the TCP protocol, which can realize real-time two-way communication between the client and the server. In the real-time online ordering system, when the user selects dishes and places an order

JavaScript and WebSocket: Building an efficient real-time weather forecast system Introduction: Today, the accuracy of weather forecasts is of great significance to daily life and decision-making. As technology develops, we can provide more accurate and reliable weather forecasts by obtaining weather data in real time. In this article, we will learn how to use JavaScript and WebSocket technology to build an efficient real-time weather forecast system. This article will demonstrate the implementation process through specific code examples. We

JavaScript tutorial: How to get HTTP status code, specific code examples are required. Preface: In web development, data interaction with the server is often involved. When communicating with the server, we often need to obtain the returned HTTP status code to determine whether the operation is successful, and perform corresponding processing based on different status codes. This article will teach you how to use JavaScript to obtain HTTP status codes and provide some practical code examples. Using XMLHttpRequest

Usage: In JavaScript, the insertBefore() method is used to insert a new node in the DOM tree. This method requires two parameters: the new node to be inserted and the reference node (that is, the node where the new node will be inserted).

What to do if the CPU usage is 100? Why? In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, computer technology has become an important part of modern society. Whether for personal use or corporate work, computers play an important role. However, when using the computer, we sometimes encounter situations where the CPU usage soars to 100%, which brings great trouble to our work and study. So, what is the reason for 100% CPU usage? How should we deal with it? First, let's take a look at what causes
