备份可以分为手动备份和自动备份，我们先来介绍手动备份。
打开SQL Server Management Studio， 点击要备份的数据库—“任务”—“ 备份”，如下图：
如果你在新服务器上新建的数据库和原来服务器上的数据库同名的话，强烈建议你在“选项”卡中，一定要选择“覆盖现有数据库”。如下图：
可以看到数据库已经被正确恢复，如下图：
至此SQL Server 2005数据库的备份与恢复实验完毕。
