增加CSS

custom/scripts/prepatch.sh -crshome /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/crs_1

/u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/OPatch/opatch apply -local -oh /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/crs_1
