输入地址:1158/em------->Environment variable Oracle_SID not defined. Please define it.（没有定义Oracle_sid）;
定义Oracle_sid：
查看当前Oracle_sid：
设置Oracle_sid：set oracle_sid=tongtech
执行emctstart dbconsole；
启动之后，过一会检查状态：
emctstatus agent
emctstatus dbconsole
如果显示not running，就是你的dbconsole配置有问题。检查sysman/config目录下的emd.properties配置文件，确认下面一行配置是agentTZRegion=Asia/Chungking
察看em分配的端口可以察看portlist.ini文件，，在$ORACLE_HOME/install目录下。
输入:5500/em
