ORA-19505: failed to identify file ＂/oradata1/dump/CASCTRL07
ora-19505都是因为文件出错，无法读取造成的，有因为二进制文件被编辑的，如spfile损坏；有文件ftp丢帧的问题，如上面的case；
expdp 出错
