发现一个thinkphp BUG

在项目的入口文件

我的tp项目是在根目录下的WebChat目录
即 localhost/WebChat

WebChat结构如下：
配置入口文件：

那么项目在执行PUBLIC/res/css/index.css的时候，会找到
localhost/WebChat/public/res/index.css(正确)
如果把APP换成也叫WebChat的话，
即换成这样：
