PHPMYADMIN出问题了，总一个劲报错。

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.
配置文件被改到乱七八糟了，不断地重启IIS重启MYSQL，都没有解决。
但有时候呢，却又没问题，想不出是哪边有问题…
后来随便瞎搞，终于有一回瞎猫碰上死耗子了。
这个问题是因为session存放目录的权限问题。
Internet来宾账户必须拥有session目录的控制权限。
Internet来宾账户是IUSR开头的账户。
由于XP下，文件夹属性选项中默认是找不到“安全”选项卡的（win2003下只要右键文件夹就可以设置），处理办法：
文件夹选项－查看－去掉“简单文件共享”的勾勾！再右键文件夹属性，安全选项出现了。添加IUSR，设置其权限（完全控制）
打开phpmyadmin，ok！
首先：在php的目录下建立个文件夹tmp，这个有权限的问题，如果是ntfs的分区，就一定要添加evryone的控制权限，否则是没用的。
其次：在php.ini找到session.save_path 这一行,设成session.save_path = "C:/php/tmp"把分号弄掉。这里要注意，php.ini里面有三处session.save_path ，如果只修改一个地方，还是不行的。
将php.ini中的session.auto_start的值改为1（启动），默认是0（禁用），
最后，是在phpmyadmin中找到，config.sample.inc.php,改成config.inc.php,找到 $cfg['blowfish_secret'] 将后面的赋值，加入数字和字母组合。全部修改完以后，重启iis或者apach，就可以看到熟悉的phpmyadmin的登陆界面了。
