求教配置，登陆phpAdmin之后输入密码链接失败
显示错误信息：#2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 0

密码没错了，但是就是链接不上MySQL
刚接触php，觉得好棘手，win7系统
求指点
