拍卖页面，如何同步刷新显示最高价格？
有个商品拍卖的页面，在某个div里显示当前商品的最高出价。
如果有个用户提交最新的价格后，所有打开这个网页的人，会看到页面上的“最高出价”的数字会自动刷新。
这样的功能已经有网站实现了，但是我没研究明白他是如何作到的，好像不是ajax每秒刷新（如果是这样，会给服务器造成很大的负担）。
我突然想到以前的聊天室程序，当你进入聊天室后，即使你不说话，别人说的话也能即时刷新看到。
