那可能是有些目录下有.htaccess重定向了。
一般框架的这类目录安全起见不允许直接访问的。

403错误 是目录没有权限
 
要在 apache安装目录里面的 conf/httpd.conf //这个页面进行设置


Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride None
Order deny,allow
allow from all
