我不觉得有什么不足 如果你是直接去跟第三方合作的话 都是有demo sdk 给你用的，简单到就是个类...
如果你是跟电信移动什么的合作这个得看他们的具体技术文档，我想既然是合作，并且都有这么长时间的合作历史了，肯定有一堆的解决方案。

不了解lz这个增值服务的业务逻辑 ，根据lz的描述 好像就是在原来的注册流程里插入 发送短信验证码和身份验证码，应该不会很难，准备工作就是把这个模块架构下，规划下数据库，程序方面等拿到移动的文档 好好封装封装，需要的地方调用就行了
