初学者问：phpmyadmin登陆不了
菜鸟问：phpmyadmin登陆不了
以root账户以及安装appserv2.6.0时设置的密码登陆不了phpmyadmin(2.10.3)，在MySQL Command Line Client中能以该密码登陆。
在phpmyadmin中，不管以什么什么用户名，只要加了“\”不要密码就能登陆，但是都没有创建数据库的权限。
怎样才能以root用户名及密码登陆，并且还要有建库权限，网上的修改config.inc.php、config.default.php方法，都没效果。
