通过邮件找回密码
我很想弄一个 忘记密码 然后用户输入自email，网站就会提示 修改密码链接已发送到您的邮箱 之后用户只要点邮箱里的连接就可以直接改新密码了。

这个自动发到邮箱功能怎么做得？原理我晓得，我在网上搜了一些。
有没有写好的代码研究研究？
