Philips Hue Solo new smart lightstrip appears in leaked images

The Philips Hue Solo Lightstrip 5m has been leaked by a US retailer. Images and details of the upcoming smart light, with model number 589903, appeared in a product listing, which has since been hidden. The lightstrip is a White and Color Ambiance product, producing dimmable white and colored light.

Designed for indoor use, the Hue Solo Lightstrip uses LEDs to generate multicolored lighting. You can control the device using the Philips Hue app via Bluetooth, choosing from preset modes or customizing the lighting to suit your mood or the occasion. Up to 10 lights can be controlled simultaneously, or 50 if you use the Hue Bridge, with voice command options such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The new model is 5 meters/16 feet (~192 inches) long, more than double the length of the older Lightstrip Plus base V4 80 inch. However, the Plus was extendable, whereas the new product can only be cut to reduce its size.
