Germany has moved an additional 250 Bitcoin, valued at $15.42 million, as part of the 50,000 Bitcoin stash seized from the operators of Movie2k.to. The recent BTC liquidations by the German government have impacted the crypto market, with traders expressing concern over an impending crypto winter amid neutral market sentiment.

Since June 2024, Germany has made several Bitcoin transactions, beginning with the large-scale sale of Bitcoin seized from Movie2k.to operators. The German government began transferring the confiscated Bitcoin to centralized crypto exchanges (CEX) in mid-June 2024, according to crypto analytics firm Arkham.

The authorities moved 200 Bitcoin on June 25, valued at $24.34 million at the time, to addresses linked to Coinbase and Kraken, as reported by Arkham. Later, 500 Bitcoin were credited to address 139Pob by the German government.

The recent Bitcoin transaction involves the movement of 250 Bitcoin to addresses belonging to Kraken and Bitstamp, according to Arkham Intelligence. As Germany continues to dispose of Bitcoin, traders are keeping a close eye on the market, which has been influenced by these large-scale crypto movements.
