UFC welterweight Khamzat Chimaev has finally addressed the recent controversy surrounding his promotion of the 'Smash' crypto token.

The Swedish fighter came under fire after endorsing the crypto token to his followers on social media and encouraging them to buy it. However, the value of the token plummeted to the floor less than a day after Chimaev's promotion, leading to accusations that he had 'scammed' his fans.

The incident drew criticism from crypto investigators and UFC middleweight Sean Strickland, who stated on X, "I've been offered a ton of money to do this same exact thing... Crazy man you're rich and still try to scam your fans."

Now, Chimaev has spoken out to clear the air on the issue and put the people behind the 'Smash' token on notice with a chilling warning.
