According to news from this site on July 21, according to foreign media Wccftech, Intel has quietly launched a variety of 14th-generation Cores on its official website with full performance (P) cores and no energy efficiency (E) cores (i.e. all large cores and no small cores) processor.
Although this batch of processors use the FCLGA1700 socket like the desktop version, they are all embedded field models with an "E" suffixed by the number letter. At the same time, the numeric part of these processor numbers ends with "01".
This site summarizes the parameters of the "01E" series processors currently available on Intel's official website as follows:
Model | Core/Thread | Maximum Turbo Frequency | Basic Frequency | L2 Cache | L3 cache | Base power consumption |
i9-14901KE | 8/16 | 5.8GHz | 3.8GHz | 16MB | 36MB | 125W |
i9-14901E | 5.6GHz | 2.8GHz | 65W
i9-14901TE | 5.5GHz | 2.3GHz | 45W
i7-14701E | 5.4GHz | 2.6GHz | 33MB | 65W
i7 -14701TE | 5.2GHz | 2.1GHz | 45W
i5-14501E | 6/12 | 5.2GHz | 3.3GHz | 12MB | 24MB | 65W |
i5-14501TE | 5.1GHz | 2.2GHz | 45W
i5-14401E | 4.7GHz | 2.5GHz | 65W
i5-14401TE | 4.5GHz | 2.0GHz | 45W |
The "01E" series of 14th-generation Core embedded processors have eliminated the energy-efficiency core (small core), thus reducing the total L2 cache capacity, while the L3 cache capacity remains unchanged. The frequency of each processor is slightly adjusted based on the corresponding original SKU.
It is worth noting that the basic power consumption of the four "01TE" energy-saving models, i9-14901TE, i7-14701TE, i5-14501TE, and i5-14401TE, is 45W, which is different from the 35W of the regular "-T" style.
According to X platform source Jaykihn, Intel has also planned i5-14401EF and i5-14401TEF, which are expected to be castrated core display models corresponding to models without "-F".
Previous reports on this site mentioned that Intel is expected to launch the Bartlett Lake-S pure large-core Core processor under the NEX product line in the third quarter of 2025, which can provide up to 12 P cores.
