The callbackFn is a function to execute for each element in the array. Its return value becomes the value of the accumulator parameter on the next invocation of the callback. For the last invocation, the return value becomes the return value of the reduce() function.
It takes the following arguments: accumulator, currentValue, currentIndex, and array it was called upon.
Using an array of numbers and being tasked with finding their sum, the reduce() method would easily evaluate it as shown below:
