Bitget, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange, and Web3 technology player has joined forces with Upland, a renowned immersive gaming platform
Prominent cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 technology player Bitget has joined forces with immersive gaming platform Upland to unveil the utility token SPARKLET on the Ethereum network.
As part of the collaboration, Bitget's virtual headquarters will be created in Upland's metaverse, with the partnership also set to offer generous token airdrops and rewards for members of the Upland and Bitget communities.
The partnership marks Bitget's entry into the metaverse, offering users an engaging and immersive experience. Bitget is set to create a "Traders' Hub" on Treasure Island, complete with the Bitget Headquarters and a café offering educational content.
Having recently acquired Treasure Island, the final undeveloped neighborhood in Upland’s San Francisco, Bitget will now begin distributing these digital assets as rewards in this exclusive venue. This also marks the last chance for users to get their hands on unminted properties in the last remaining neighborhood of San Francisco, with these properties having sold out two years ago.
To celebrate the partnership, a series of giveaway campaigns will be hosted, including:
Moreover, Upland users who owned SPARKLET prior to the Token Generation Event (TGE) will receive a special allocation of 3.5 million SPARKLET tokens over the next six months. Bitget will also reward these users with a distribution from a pool of $50,000 worth of Bitget Token (BGB).
“At Bitget, our support for crypto gems goes beyond a simple listing. We aim to help promising projects gain more visibility, users, and partners through our Launchpool, Launchpad, and various educational and reward initiatives. Our collaboration with Upland to create a Bitget-themed metaverse is a mutually beneficial and exciting endeavor. We aim to become the top choice for more emerging projects in the future, aiding them in creating a greater real-life impact,” said Gracy Chen, CEO at Bitget.
Upland's co-founder and co-CEO, Dirk Lueth, said, “At Upland, we love innovating with partners. Our initial discussions with Bitget made it evident that this would be a fantastic collaboration. Building out Treasure Island together and transforming it into a ‘Trader’s Hub’ using SPARKLET is a truly groundbreaking example of partnership-driven product development. This project showcases the power of collaboration to strengthen community bonds and propel Upland forward.”
