Hello, fellow humans! Here's a piece of my random thoughts:
I'm putting this in the backburner for now. I'll return to it when I have more free time. It's also hard to develop/design a game using code instead of a game engine. Always prototype first with a game engine. Helps you shape what you have in mind. Game ideas are chaotic and abstract unless given shape. So, always prototype first. Don't design and code the game at the same time. You'll stay enthusiastic with the project this way. Lesson learned.
Seeing small signs that it is recovering which is nice. Hopefully, I'll be able to get one. For now, I'll keep my head down and keep on improving my craft. I keep on going down these programming rabbit holes. ? For example, how much the C language is doing behind the scenes for Python libraries. I know it's common knowledge for some but it's still mindblowing for me.
Once I get the hang of this writing thing down, I'll post a deep dive post about some of the tech things that interests me.
Ciao!
