However, the bottom panel of the laptop is notoriously tedious to remove, making SSD and RAM upgrades quite the pain. Battery life is surprisingly decent for a chunky gaming laptop (over 6 hours for the 13700HX, RTX 4070 model), however the fan noise is quite audible in anything apart from 'balanced' mode.

The display, on the other hand, is an absolute stunner - at least on paper. We tested out the FHD and QHD panels, and were satisfied with the QHD panel's performance, although the FHD panel was extremely disappointing.
