Quanhe’s memory kit adopts a 2+2 combination, including 2 actual memory sticks equipped with DDR5 DRAM particles and 2 DRAM-free RGB virtual light strips.

Due to memory controller signals, motherboard wiring, etc., the overclocking capability of DDR5 memory in 1DPC (note from this site: 1 memory stick per channel) mode is far greater than that of 2DPC mode with 4 slots fully installed.

However, most M-ATX and larger mid-to-high-end motherboards are still equipped with 4 memory slots.
